Who May Register

Access to rbet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). rbet does not permit access to individuals under this age under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an rbet account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

Account Details & KYC

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on rbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. During registration, and at any subsequent point requested by rbet, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and residential address matching a valid government-issued ID.
• A valid mobile number linked to an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet for payment verification.
• Proof of identity documents (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) when requested during KYC review.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

rbet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit amounts are credited in BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
• Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• rbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The following terms apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval; during peak periods this may extend to 72 hours.
• rbet may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

rbet offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal cricket event specials tied to BPL and IPL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Typical rollover requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically voided without compensation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• rbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple account holders, individuals identified as using bonus abuse strategies, or users placing low-risk hedging bets to meet rollover requirements may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on rbet. By placing any bet or wager you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules in full.

Sports Betting

rbet covers a wide range of sporting events with particular depth in cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test series featuring Bangladesh Tigers). The following specific rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement except in circumstances explicitly covered by rbet's void-bet policy.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or incomplete play due to weather or other circumstances, settled bets will follow the applicable sport's official governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA) rules for result determination.
• Maximum payout per single bet slip is ৳2,000,000 (two million BDT) unless a higher limit is explicitly agreed upon by rbet in writing.
• rbet does not accept bets from individuals with access to non-public information about a sporting event. Any such bet will be voided and the account referred for investigation.

Casino & Slot Games

Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. rbet does not control the RNG process and cannot alter individual game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is publicly documented by the respective provider; rbet makes no guarantee of individual winnings.

Responsible Gaming & Account Management

By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from service interruption, technical faults, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Any damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to, or the permanent discontinuation of, any game, betting market, or service feature offered on rbet.

Amendments & Governing Law

rbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of material changes via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the address on your account. However, it is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Your continued use of rbet after any modification constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulations. rbet operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
